Step one
Preparing the logo
Embroidery reproduces a design with thread rather than ink, so a logo is first reviewed and converted into an embroidery file. Fine hairlines, very small text and subtle colour gradients often need to be simplified or slightly adjusted so the shape stays legible in stitches. If your logo has strict brand rules, mention that early so any adjustment can be discussed with you rather than decided alone.
A vector file is the easiest starting point. A high resolution image can also work, but it may need more clarification. If you are unsure what you have, send what is available and it will be reviewed.
