Process
How an embroidery order works
Four steps, all handled by email. The exact scope of each order, including garments, placement and quantity, is confirmed individually before production.

- 01
Enquiry by email
You write to office@embroidery.at with your artwork, the garment type, the quantity and your deadline. There is no form on this site, so nothing can be lost between a form and an inbox.
- 02
Artwork review
The logo or design is checked for embroidery. If details need simplifying, or if the placement or size raises questions, those points come back to you before anything is decided.
- 03
Individual quote
You receive a quote for the scope that was discussed. Because garments, placements and quantities differ so much, no standard price list is published here.
- 04
Production and handover
After your written approval the order goes into production. Collection or shipping is arranged with you as part of the confirmation.
No prices, production times or delivery arrangements are published on this site, because they depend entirely on the individual order. Everything relevant is agreed with you in writing before production begins.
FAQ
Questions that come up often
- Can I request a quote by email?
- Yes. Email is the only enquiry channel on this site. Write to office@embroidery.at and describe your project.
- Which details help to prepare a quote?
- The logo or design file, the garment type, the quantity, the intended placement and your deadline. Sizes and a name list help if individual names are planned.
- What file should I send for my logo?
- A vector file is the easiest to work with. A high resolution image can also be reviewed, and if you are unsure, send what you have.
- Can I supply my own garments?
- That is discussed case by case. Describe the garments first so their suitability for embroidery can be reviewed before anything is agreed.
- Is anything produced before I agree?
- No. Production only starts after the scope has been confirmed with you.
