What this website is

This is a static informational website. It contains no contact form, no user account, no login, no newsletter signup, no online shop, no payment function, no analytics service, no advertising or social media pixel and no tracking cookies. Contact is possible only through the email and telephone links published on this site.

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by a hosting provider on behalf of the controller. As with any website delivery, technical connection data such as the requested address, date and time of the request, the transferred data volume, the referring page, browser and operating system information and the IP address of the requesting device are processed by the hosting infrastructure. This processing is technically necessary to deliver the pages and to keep the service secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website. This data is not used to identify visitors and is not combined with other data by the controller.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to office@embroidery.at or call the number above, the data you provide is processed in order to handle your enquiry. In the case of email this typically includes your email address, your name, any attachments such as artwork files and the content of your message.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.

Correspondence is stored for as long as it is needed to process the matter and afterwards for as long as statutory retention obligations require, in particular commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. It is then deleted.

Recipients

Personal data is not sold and is not passed on for advertising purposes. Data may become known to service providers who operate the website hosting and the email service on our behalf, and to authorities or advisors where we are legally obliged or entitled to disclose it.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analysis, profiling or advertising. Only technically necessary processes required to deliver the pages take place.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data and to obtain rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details above.
