Artwork. Your logo or design file, ideally a vector file, attached to the email.
Garment type. Which items should be embroidered, or whether you will supply them.
Quantities. How many pieces in total, with sizes if you already know them.
Deadline. The date the garments are needed for, or that there is no fixed date.
